From a tiny Austrian village straight to the center of the fashion universe.
That’s the Ella Wagner story this week. The Altendorf native hit New York Fashion Week wearing her “MRS. AUSTRIA CURVE” sash — and Manhattan hasn’t stopped talking about it.
Prince Mario-Max Schaumburg-Lippe was there to roll out the red carpet, personally welcoming Ella and the Austrian models to New York. Cameras flashing, smiles everywhere — it was a proper Big Apple moment.
Austria’s NÖN put it perfectly: “Von Altendorf auf den internationalen Laufsteg.” From Altendorf to the international catwalk. You can’t make this stuff up.
The prince, an award-winning host himself, has made welcoming Austrian talent to New York something of a personal tradition during fashion week. And Ella’s debut? Pure star power.
She came, she posed, she conquered. Altendorf to Manhattan — what a ride.
